Rewinding the tape explores the process of fragmenting and studying one's story to make sense of it. Breaking patterns, stereotypes and self destructive behaviours require the courage to explore one's narrative. It requires finding where we got stuck and starting the painful process of untangling the threads of our stories.​ 

Rewinding the Tape shows the courageous journey of artists exploring their mental health in their art. After all, rewinding the tape is the first step to moving forward.
